Trip credit for delay of more than 3 hours
So, our DFW to CID flight was delayed due to mechanical problems (announced by pilot) and we landed in CID more than 3 hours late. I asked for service recovery on the online complaint form and was granted a trip credit of USD $50 by customer relations.

Is this an acceptable amount? Shouldn't it be $50 each at least?
