If you don't care about miles, Valuair flies to HKG for S$238+tax but with restrictions:

Must be purchased 30 days before travel
No refund or transfer of ticket
No changes to itinerary.
Min 2 nights stay required
Max stay of 30 days
For trips starting on Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur.
Tickets must be issued 1 working day after booking.
Tickets will be issued immediately for internet transactions.
