Once the chat is available on the App you can inquire again thru the chat and see if they would have availability then,
They promptly returned them today. 5 days before arrival, they claim it’s nothing to do with them and all controlled by Marriott. They’ve not held them until 1 day before arrival at 1400 as they’re meant to do.
