Comment: At checkin, FD did not mention anything about upgrades, just said they had me down for a Parlor Suite (she said they're at about 80% cap). Rooms are newly renovated (I prefer the previous look but thats just me). Tried calling concierge to convert the spa credit but no luck. XS was a bit disappointing (Zouk [MENTION=632372]reso[/MENTION]rts World was way better), skipped Encore Beach Club this time. One of the best perks of TS IMO is being able to skip the lines at the buffet, terrace pointe cafe, etc. Wasn't able to checkout on the TV so I stopped by on our way out, FD said (without asking) that she would confirm all the credits were applied (they were). Overall, WTS is still our favorite place to stay. The recent $50 off $250 Amex Offer came handy as well
