And he wants to say Yes because he has indeed in the past taken them, and we are bringing Aleve in case one of us gets a headache (he's prone to them, especially after long flights.) Are we going to be hooped on arrival if he says yes?
There is a long list of medications which are banned in Japan, and cannot be imported even for personal use with a foreign RX, including pseudoephedrine (found in many cold medicines), and any form of opiate-based pain killer, but Aleve should be fine. Better to answer yes, and if questioned, just show the bottle.
