I've sat in row 66 before (K) and I'd definitely avoid the last few rows of WTP on the A380, much better further forward and the meal service is front to back for info. I wouldn't worry about reclining your seat. Another thing is that odd numbered seats mostly have 2 side bins so I'd go for 63 or 65 personally or 61 if that row opens fully at OLCI.

Here's a picture of the rear section, as you can see row 68 isn't a great place to be really as during the last hour/40 minutes folks will be up and down like a yoyo to the toilets getting ready for landing etc.
