I have been trying for nearly a month to get an international Air Canada flight to credit on COPA. Their online contact us form yielded useless canned responses, followed by a perhaps useful request for further information, which so far has yielded nothing. Then I called with my case number and was told that the matter would be further escalated. My son also is awaiting miles for an AC flight, albeit for maybe a week not a month. I do not recall whether claims for missing miles used to credit immediately like at United, but I certainly don't remember delays like this. Is this a blip or the new norm with COPA?
Long time since I don't credit partner carriers to ConnectMiles so no recent data points.
