I just paid the fee for myself +1 and completed the eVisa application for both of us. Will keep folks updated. Anyone know how long the eVisa should take to process assuming everything is OK and I didn't just flush 40k yen down the toilet?

All I provided was flight and hotel info. JGA did not ask for any details beyond that. This is for just a 2 day stopover which I already had booked.
