Would love to know how this ended?
I booked a BA holiday ( our honeymoon) back in February leaving next Monday - and I am sure there was the spend £2500 per person to enjoy the VIP ground experience (first wing) at T5 - regardless of travel date - it was the booking date that applied.
Ba seem to have no record of this - just the offer with restrictive travel dates.
We are travelling club anyway so it will be nice - but I'm so frustrated that I checked the actual offer with the person I booked on the phone with ( I know so old fashioned). I've asked them to pull the call - but not sure that will come to anything...
After an hour on hold to finally speak to someone today - I was told no you must be mistaken....
Not much left to do if they can't find the call....
What do you think?
