OP: Will the employer reimburse for Premium Economy if the cost comes in under $10,000 AUD total?

Premium Economy on EVA includes two pieces of checked baggage weighing up to 23 kg. each, per passenger. Would that suffice?

Two adults and two children under 12 in EVA Premium Economy comes to £5,656, or $9,602 AUD. If the employer will also reimburse for excess baggage fees as long as the total trip cost does not exceed $10,000 AUD, that leaves you a little bit of wiggle room.
