As my go to hotel in London when it first opened i'm afraid this property has deteriated beyond belief. Long queues at check in, clueless staff, dodgy Diamond Ambassador upgrades. This is the hotel that tried it on charging guests to use the swimming pool and has now done away with most of the car parking. It really isn't work the hassle. Don't forget the time it was a government quarantine hotel and they cancelled paying guests stay with no intention of reprotecting people to other properties.
