My collection year ends in September, and I also have had this email about 300 points to renew Silver. I've got 305 points, so completed the requirement - but there are no changes in the "Card expiry date", it still shows Oct 2022 (not Oct 2023). Should I be worried, or just wait?
I was planning to do some TP runs end of the year, to renew Silver, but several LHR-SOF-LHR flights are canceled, thinking to rebook them or just accepting a refund?
