Imperial Super Duck dinner

Besides below , we enjoyed crispy whitebait , steamed fish - patin and part 2 of the Peking duck - minced duck wrapped in lettuce , ..

Then home for mooncakes from Ritz Carlton and tarts from Tarte for desserts



Hot and sour soup - really spicy

Scrambled crabmeat egg white

Peking duck
