Again, I find it bizarre that people on this thread are choosing to either defend the PHNY for not giving out suite upgrades or to get angry at posters who choose to provide a counter-opinion against those that are claiming that the PHNY shouldn't give out suite upgrades.
I'm not sure why you continue to believe I'm "angry" or that I'm defending the PHNY. I'm neither. You can choose to accept that or you can keep tilting at windmills. In my original post, I put two words in all caps ("THEY DON'T), not because I'm angry, but rather thinking perhaps it might redirect your focus on how the PHNY works, not how you wish it would work.

What I'm fascinated by is the amount of emotional energy you put into posting in a thread for a property that doesn't meet your needs and which you imply your won't be returning to. Here's a thought, why not just move on?

Furthermore, you still haven't answered the very simply question that I asked you as you seem to want to continually redirect the conversation to imply everyone is angry at you for providing a counter opinion.

The PHNY is one of Hyatt's flagship properties, it's corporate owned, it's fair to assume Hyatt is happy enough with its performance (at least as happy as any operating executive can be), and the policies they march to seem to have been in place for many years (certainly pre-covid).

So again, I ask you quite simply, what, specifically, is left to be "decided?"

Regards
