I already stated my decision - I won't be looking to stay at the PHNY anytime soon. Honestly, for me, it's less about the suite upgrades and more about the hard beds. Again, I find it bizarre that people on this thread are choosing to either defend the PHNY for not giving out suite upgrades or to get angry at posters who choose to provide a counter-opinion against those that are claiming that the PHNY shouldn't give out suite upgrades.
You know, I have to defend them on that point about their hard beds. The past 2 times I stayed, I emailed the FD and asked for a topper which was on the mattress upon arrival. This made the bed very very soft.
Now, there are many gripes I have with the hard product, but the beds are no longer an issue for me.
