I doubt we will see the same recognition at St.R Aspen in December though to be fair the high staff turnover at many US properties makes that difficult. At the STR Florence, I’m consistently greeted by the same bartender, servers, front desk staff and administration. It certainly makes a difference. I’ve had different butlers, but they are always briefed on our preferences before we arrive
