This is the initial post from the OP: Need help from LH Lufthansa Lurkers (eu261 compensation) - Page 3 - FlyerTalk Forums

To the OP:
Look, your flight was in early July. You seem to have filed a complaint with LH in August (beginning of Aug?) and now, less than a month later you talk about lawyers and lawsuit?? You don't have much patience, do you?

At least wait for LH to respond to your claim. Yes, it will take weeks or even months, but you also need to understand that you are not the only pax seeking comp. that LH needs to deal with.

Anyway, you have told by several readers of your initial post, that you don't have a claim. Your ORY-MUC flight was cancelled due to strikes at Paris/French airports, which is entirely outside the control of LH. Secondly, you accepted the rerouting to CDG which meant a much longer transit time at MUC than initially booked, but the rerouting was accepted. You arrived with no delay at destination (USM). If you want to pay lawyers to tell you this, please go ahead (and No, lawyers don't provide free advice)
