The property doesn't yet show up as an "upcoming location" on the ritzcarlton.com website, so there's no telling when reservations will be accepted. I'd just keep an eye on the ritzcarlton.com website for its inclusion among properties. You could also try calling Marriott reservations to find you what they know.
