Did you purchase this ticket < 24 hours ago? if so, then since it is a journey to the USA, I believe that DOT's policy to require that cancellation made within 24 hours bw allowed free of charge ( as long as the flight booking is made at least 7 days before departure ) - if so cancel and rebook

What is the cancellation policy? if there is no penalty (or only a small penalty) you could always cancel and rebook using an eligible fare. Looking at the cheapest published fare for that journey, the penalty seems to be USD100 or USD200

The agency may have different penalties for its fares, but worth asking
