Unfortunately, I've had a different experience: I have Elite status and wanted to check in one piece of luggage with an EcoJet tariff (no check-in luggage included) on TBS-SAW-ZRH Anadolujet-flight. They denied the free check-in luggage in TBS and claimed this rule is not valid with Anadolujet EcoJet tariff! I complained and the agent phoned to Istanbul to reconfirm his point of view. However, I must add: I've had the very strong impression that these agents had not really a clue about what the problem really is (unfortunately, I experience such lack of knowledge of airport staff very often here in TBS and that's quite annoying....).
PS: Above people talk about EcoFly tariff. Maybe this is the non-check-in luggage tariff of Turkish Airlines (and not Anadolujet). However, I'm refering here to Anadolujet since the OP asked about Anadolujet. So, it seems that Turkish Airlines EcoFly and Anadolujet EcoJet tariffs have very different policies when it comes to 'additional' (i.e. 1 piece) check-in luggage for Elite/Elite Plus members.
