It's the Admirals Club, it even says it in the description for your link. BA passengers get a few of the paid items comped though.

That would be nice, although I'd prefer them to move to somewhere with a view of the apron. I'm not sure where the USO and BA go in that case though, unless BA gives up on having their own lounge in A and starts using the Capital One lounge once it opens.
