Called in to process a domestic instrument-used upgrade Y > F; connecting overseas flight cleared at booking. It took "GS agent" over half an hour (41 mins exactly) to get it done, including two interruptions to check with some other (support?) desk. What a waste of time on both ends with such incompetent reservation staff!

Opening saver award space took 35 minutes for me today and I was pretty sure she was a real GS agent. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s not working.
