Whist not Lawyers, frequent flyers do have some understanding of EU261 rules. I respect your decision to consult a Lawyer. Do let us know how you get on.

The current waiting times for LH CS is appalling but they are not picking on you, they are completely overwhelmed, it’s easy to see that from the multiple reports on this forum.
