It says the following on the site I just linked in the chart about codeshares:
- Flights booked under the Qantas code (QF) operated by a non-oneworld airline* will earn Avios and Tier Points unless operated by Jetstar in a class other than L class.
I partly misread it. So any carrier with QF code will earn Avios or TP, Jetstar only if it is class L. Not all except L like I first understood it.
*So I interpret this as a QF coded EK metal flight would be eligible for BA earnings
