When a company treats its supposed best customers like this -- well you know what they think. I don't know why anyone is surprised -- this is EXACTLY how Kirby has always acted in his leadership roles -- do you think it's a coincidence that soft product has arguably improved at AA since he left -- and UA's has declined since his arrival? This is what I call KRAP (Kirby Removal of Amenities Playbook) for running an airline -- chapters 1-3....
