You might confuse the phone agent by claiming to have upgraded to Polaris. You actually upgraded to First, not Polaris and the agent will see "First" not "Polaris". A Polaris seat does not necessarily mean Polaris fare/cabin. The First cabin you bought up to just happened to have a Polaris hard-product seat. In spite of the nomenclature, it is a fine ride for the route.
