For those of you who have had inflight charges that you didn't make show up on your credit card, did you get your money back? I just found that I have an inflight receipt from a flight I took yesterday. It doesn't actually show up in their system yet so I'm guessing that I need to wait until that happens before I have any chance of having UA resolve this... I checked my credit card and I have a $9 pending charging. In this case, the FA did verify the passenger's name so I'm especially annoyed that she still charged the wrong person. I was in the middle seat. The person who bought the snack box was in the window seat.

Update... thinking about this a little more, I moved my seat to an exit row seat that opened up about a 1:15 before scheduled departure... from what others have said happened to them, I wonder if instead, it was the person who got my previous seat after I moved... I have no idea if that person ordered anything but I know that the person sitting next to me ordered a snack box...
