I purchased a Premium Plus from CLE ORD OGG. Upgraded to Polaris from ORD to OGG with cash. Flight from CLE to ORD cancelled, therefore trip was in Y. Also arrived 10 hours later. Who do I contact about refunding the difference in fare.
