This will be me this year, missing Gold by about $1500-2000 MQD and dropping to Silver. Business travel for me post-Covid is about 50% what it was. Apart from a few more upgrades to Comfort+ and the SkyClub access prior to a transatlantic, the perks to be lost aren't valuable enough to go out of my way to retain Gold. Will be a free-agent next year, using DL, WN, AA in that order of preference with useful mileage balances across all 3.
