The Cessna has a cabin height of 4'10" resulting in the petite Senator having to stoop down to walk. Most people cannot stand upright in the tiny lavatory. The 737 has tall cabin height and room for overhead compartments.
Again who cares and why do you specifically care?

The USAF has a wide variety of military and VIP jets that they use to fly our elected officials and other government officials around the world. In addition the US has numerous military bases and allies across the world for landing said planes as needed. Additionally some USAF jets have the ability for in air refueling so stated range doesn't necessarily mean anything.

The Speaker is in the direct line of the Presidency so is typically afforded a bigger/nicer jet and she likely has additional security due to her position in the line of succession.

The Senator in all likelihood does not have the same security requirements so she likely flew a military or commercial aircraft into the theater (Tokyo or Guam) and then was provided the military aircraft for travel in the region both for ease of movement and also as an added security measure.
