I'm not sure how much of a beach person you are, but I would think long and hard about what you could get for 117K points - that could be a whole other vacation itself. There is a skywalk that connects the Westin to the beach, so no street crossing is actually required. At least, to me, I would absolutely choose to save the 117K points for another trip.
