My 2 cents, I would avoid visiting or even transiting thru Japan. The Govt and the people have made it clear that they do not want visitors, tourists etc. My desire to visit Japan has been declining rapiidly over the past few weeks and I will probably eliminate it permanently if things go on like this for another month. Why not travel to a place where they actually welcome you as a tourist !!! I do believe Hailstorm when he says that most Japanese do do want tourists to vist. If his point of view was not dominant ,they would have reopened last year..
