Don’t expect to be admitted to the Dan Lounge in TLV based on elite status if you don’t have RJ status specifically. See this discussion:

But then again, people say it’s a nasty lounge anyway. RJ Crown lounge in AMM is excellent, though, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. You can even pay to enter if you don’t have status.
