Comments: Usually get very good treatment for this property. Requested a suite via chat, as well as check in. Denied, associate stating we have no suites available. I just checked marriott.com and 6 suites and 3 studio suites available. I believe it was either laziness on the side of the associate, or maybe apathy. I also wonder if hotel management is also trying to save cleaning time of suites – but I can’t imagine the cost differential is that high. Disappointing.
