Hi there sorry if this has been answered elsewhere I did search and couldn’t find but when I got sight of the passenger manifest today I saw PRO next to my name as well as IB and CLUB - anyone know what PRO means as I get AA premium services welcoming me as BA GGL sporadically (they did at LAX this morning and asked me to board aa concierge key equivalent() so wondering if it was related to this?
