To get back on this discussion - We just completed our stay at our 4th Aman (Giri/Gani/Dari/Kila) and didn’t receive any Amanjunkie merch, so it’s likely not after the 3rd Aman stay. From conversations with one manager at Kila, it didn’t appear that they knew we stayed at other Amans either. Totally fine with us, just an observation.
Like others said, there are no general rules and it’s pretty much up to the GM’s if they do Amanjunkie stuff or not. And also, despite the millions they’re spending on marketing, they still don’t have a CRM system in place where an Aman would know your other Aman stays (unless you always book through their own central reservation system). Again it’s up to the management to recognize you as an Amanjunkie.
