I think the easiest is to just book all 3 yourself. You’ll have to pay the taxes for the EXSEAT passenger. Otherwise you could book the 2 actual pax and then call to add the EXSEAT. In theory they should be able to force the same fare, but since it’s a web special I suppose there’s a reasonable chance, since this is AA, that they won’t be able to help.
