Can anyone help?

I am currently Silver, expiring in May 2023

The threshold to retain Silver was initially reduced to 450 tier points at the beginning of the year, and then again reduced on August 12th to 50% (300 tier points to retain Silver) if obtained by December 31st 2022.

The BA webpage states the trier tracker will remain at 450, but not to worry as they'll apply retention of status next year automatically.

I have two problems, firstly my tier tracker still shows 600 to silver and not 450, second is I've just obtained 300 tier points for a return long haul in Club, I can see the 300 points on the tracker, so theoretically I should retain Silver?

When I called customer services they disagreed with me, saying its 450 to retain Silver.
