A "Standard Room" has to be available to book using points. The "Standard Rate" is not relevant here as all types of rooms typically have a Standard Rate associated with them. The Standard Room here appears to be a "Beach Villa" and there is no availability for that type of room on the night of 15 March.
As you have more than 6 months until your stay, I suggest you keeping checking to see if a Beach Villa becomes available.
