Are you saying that Citi declined your attempt to pay any of your CC bill with gift cards or just more than $2K worth?
And are you saying that you paid other CCs successfully. Were they also Citi CCs or some other bank?
I didn't realize that banks other than Citi allowed us to use GCs to pay CC balances. If this is true, then there becomes another avenue for liquidating GCs. However, the cynic in me feels that my hopes are about to be dashed
