We travel extensively with our 45 lb English Bull Dog including a lot of Hyatts. We have found the higher level the hotel, the more accommodating they are to our dog. We just did a specialty suite at the Park Hyatt Chicago and they worked around her schedule for cleaning. It was too hot to take her as many places as we planned the first day and the hotel was fine with her staying int the room alone. Hyatt Places usually have no issue with her in the room either. She only run into specific rooms for dogs on lower end properties. Often the required us to be on first floor. But those hotels also tend to be non-suite locations anyway.
