Hi everyone, I have a first class JAL flight from
SFO to NRT where I was planning on then taking an Ethiopian Air flight to Incheon. As you know JAL is oneworld and EA is star alliance, so I don’t think I can check my bags all the way to Incheon.

I understand I can’t go through immigration to get my bags at NRT without a visa. Is my only option to not check a bag? I have read on this forum that JAL may be able to give me a transit pass in order to get my bags. Does anyone have additional info on this?
