Maybe the same place the other hundreds of people in that thread are getting their codes that they're sharing?

And yes, I have asked, but with it being a foreign-based company (not in the U.S.), it's very hard finding anyone who knows. But thanks for the tip anyway.
The tolerance of allowing corporate codes varies a lot on the various FT threads for the big three rental companies. Why they are that way, I can’t directly comment without violating a FT rule.

Let’s just say this. I observed that it is near zero tolerance on National thread (rumored to be legal threat) as there used to be a similar thread there listing various codes from publicly available to corporate. That multiple hundreds page thread was actually removed one day out of the blue. Hertz is somewhat in between and Avis is on the end of the spectrum.

I also observed that car rental companies do frown upon it as evident by previously mention removal of National thread, Hertz changing the code for a large and frequently commented/abused corporation this summer, and Avis adding verification checks at rental.

I stand by my point. If you are affiliated with a organization, there will been an official channel for disseminating that code (if organization wants that code to be used) and members of that organization should have no concern about verification. There is no reason to come to FT for this information.
