There's confusion due to wording. Following from section about AM operated.

Delta's published fares booked in W, S, Y, B, M, H, Q, K, L, U, T, X or V class
It needs be a DL published fare. However it can and obviously will be, booked using AM code. It doesn't need be a DL marketed code, especially since there's currently no such thing.
