From reading this thread I'm not sure, as a lot of posts talk about renewing Global Entry. Also, because I'm not an American citizen it might be different?
Welcome to FlyerTalk kiekerjan!

The Enrollment on Arrival process is substantially the same for first time applications and renewals, and for US and foreign citizens. The interview is generally conducted at immigration/passport controls. Follow the signs directing you to the CBP officers who can complete your Global Entry interview during your admissibility inspection. If there are no signs, ask the line minders or tell the CBP officer at the booth that you wish to have your EoA interview.
