I am traveling on AF#63 from EWR TO CDG on February 11, 2023 with my wife in Business.

and then on AF#10 from CDG to JFK on February 20.

The layout is 1-2-1.

What are the best seats so we can be together? Would it be "E" and "F"??

Does the divider in the middle "2" come down?
