Next time I am going in person to resolve the issue with the location on the spot. I will not leave an Avis again without a receipt either, in writing.

We just got back from Maui where we rented from Alamo. Returned the car full, she looked at the gauge, said great thanks have a nice day! I asked if she wanted to see the gas receipt, she said no. I told her about what happened with Budget and she said "yes, I heard they do that. We don't."
