I'm starting to feel that way about every one of these car rental chains... I had a false fuel charge months ago from Avis and never got the promised credit. It was a small amount (like under $20). Next time I am going in person to resolve the issue with the location on the spot. I will not leave an Avis again without a receipt either, in writing.
