Given that there is a choice now (which was not the case before), I would never stay in IC again, old-lady-style hotels are just not my thing, like IC Vienna this one is in dire need of modernisation (though not sure how easy is that given the communist-era buildng). I have stayed in CP a couple of times (though all while it was still under Hilton management) and found it to be a great city hotel, extremely well connected (train, metro, tram, bus) and attached to a big shopping complex.
