I called AGAIN and stated my case and arguments -- the agent phoned AP to confirm that I'll get C and 125%... so this is a non-issue and a waste of FT server memory The agents said that even if you u/g with a cert, you get the status/non-status miles from your original booking class, which we FTers have known to be FALSE all along.
